June 12. Fortuna sarl, headed by Yehya Mohammad Shamas, received a license to mine for gold in Al-Qaa and Al-Hermel regions near the Lebanese-Syrian border for one year, the Official Gazette reported.

Abdallah Ahmad Kassir Gets 11,400 Shares in Al-Manar TV

June 12. Suheila Zaidan Al-Naaman, Omaya Yousef Samaha and Ziad Yousef Samaha, who inherited shares in Al Manar TV from Yousef Nasri Samaha transferred their 11,400 shares in Al-Manar TV to Abdallah Ahmad Kassir, the Official Gazette reported.

 

May 22. Ugarit Holding SAL decided on May 13 to close. Its chairman is Jacques Saade. Anyone who has claims should submit them in ten days from now. Jacques Saade is a Lebanese citizens and the founder of CMA-CGM Group which is considered the third largest shipping company in the world.
